Paul J. Tellarico – Partner

Paul Tellarico was born on Long Island in New York. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on a gymnastics scholarship. He competed on the second place National LSU gymnastic team in 1976. He also attended law school at LSU where he was president of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and a member of the Second Place National F. Lee Bailey Moot Court Team.

William was born in Alexandria, Louisiana in 1955. William went to undergraduate school at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended Southern University School of Law where he graduated, cum laude, and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1990 and the Texas Bar in 2002.

Wesley J. Gralapp – Partner

Wesley J. Gralapp (Wes) has been a partner at Neblett, Beard & Arsenault since 1997. He became a member of the Firm in 1992 after obtaining his law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama.

Gary J. Arsenault – Partner

Gary J. Arsenault was born in Bay Shore, New York. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduated with a degree in Accounting in 1979. Gary went into Public Accounting after graduation and was a partner in a CPA firm in Baton Rouge until 1991 when he decided to return to school and obtain a law degree.

Edward E. “Ted” Roberts, was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University for his undergraduate work, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. John Randall Whaley – Partner

John Randall Whaley is a partner with Neblett, Beard, & Arsenault where his focus is complex litigation and serious injury and death claims.
